Emotional well-being and good mental health are states when a person is aware of his own abilities and can face adversity. Data from RISKESDAS (Indonesian Ministry of Health, 2018) states that more than 19 million people over the age of 15 experience mental health problems or disorders. Based on an article from the World Health Organization (WHO), 5% of adults worldwide experience depression, and more than 700,000 people die by suicide each year. In addition, suicidal behavior is also the second biggest cause of death at the age of 15-29 years. |
