Creating a Child-Friendly Indonesia: What we discover in 11 Years journey

Lentera Anak Foundation aims to support the Realization of “Indonesia as a Child-Friendly Democratic Country”. To achieve these goals, Lentera Anak Foundation takes earlier intervention efforts, i.e. preventive and promotive by involving the community, families, and even the children themselves as well as other stakeholders including policymakers.

Our Story

 

2023

Lentera Anak initiated a tuberculosis (TB) elimination program and participated in a six-month training session on Program Design and TB Elimination Issues. Our program was selected as the best design among the participants of the fourth batch of LEAD Indonesia Fellows organized by the Bakrie Center Foundation (BCF).

2022

20 Young Reformers move & mobilize friends in their environment to speak out and encourage the government and protect them from the cigarette industry’s strategic plan, by revising PP 109 of 2012 carrying out activities in their respective regions (15 cities).


2021

The Young Health Programme (YHP) is a youth health initiative aimed at contributing to the improved health and well-being of young people aged 10-24 years. Specifically, YHP seeks to ensure that children and youth in Jakarta gain enhanced knowledge about the prevention of non-communicable diseases.
